& Apostol Realty Marketing & Brokerage
(Apostol),
a single proprietorship, was created.
1995
- Ms. Geraldine B. Fajardo, a Licensed
Real Estate Broker and Appraiser and the
younger sister of Dr. Cecille F. Apostol,
put up
The Land
Circle Realty
which was
later incorporated to
Royal
Peninsula, Inc. Development &
Construction.
1996
– The Villar Group of Companies engaged
the services of Apostol as in-house
broker and, in just 2 month’s time,
became the number two top seller of the
company beating around 200 brokers. The
company is owned by former Senator Manny
Villar, the biggest and most awarded
real estate developer in Asia, selling
subdivisions developed by its real
estate development companies
particularly Camella Homes, Carissa
Homes, Crown Asia, Brittany, Lumina Bria,
Vista Land and others.
2002
– As years went by, Apostol grew bigger
and entered partnership with the
Colossal
Fortress Construction Company,
and eventually became a full-blown
corporation
Megalopolis Properties, Inc.,
which
subsequently merged with another
corporation,
Royal
Peninsula, Inc. Development &
Construction,
and finally transcended into a new
corporation,
Kaizen
Builders, Inc.
2017
- In the recent demands and the prospect
of Real Estate business,
Vastana
Properties and Development Corp.
has emerged. Capturing the vision of the
group into one concentrated effort and
dedication to cater to its clients. |
